What is your refund or cancellation policy?
You have 3 days to request a refund. After that period, we reserve the right to refund the full amount minus any transaction processing fees. Cancellations apply to subscriptions onlyâif you made a one-time payment, thereâs no need for cancellation. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account page or request assistance by emailing me at santinimatias@hotmail.com. If you request a cancellation and refund on the same day after a renewal charge occurs, we will issue a full refund, minus any transaction processing fees.
